A top class service
I cannot fault Paul and the team for delivering a top class service to sell my property. Considering my experience in the past with estate agents has not being the best, this was a real breath of fresh air! I felt supported along the way and when there were hold-ups it was never to due to to Leonard James. Everything was done in a considered way and by the date when it was committed to, with no need to chase. I have already recommended Paul to a friend.

Excellent service all the way along!
We used Leonard James Property to sell our bungalow, we received excellent service all the way along. The video and photos of the property exceeded our expectations and enabled us to secure a quick sale. Paul went above and beyond what he needed to do every step of the way.

Paul at Leonard James has been amazing!
Paul at Leonard James has been brilliant. He helped guide my elderly mum through everything, worked tirelessly to get the sale through and supported us the whole time. I cannot recommend them enough and five stars does not seem enough for everything they have done .

Nothing was too much trouble!
Just purchased a bungalow from Leonard James. Paul couldn't do enough to help us - I fell in love with his and Danni's outstanding work. No second thoughts on purchasing it. Also a lovely touch with the champagne he left us. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us with questions I had. Thank you Paul.

Above and beyond! Superb service.
I wanted to take the time to thank Paul and the team at Leonard James Properties for the utterly incredible service we received when purchasing our new home. We got a check-in call at least once a week, regular emails with updates and advice, and when things started to slow down, Paul stepped in to support us and personally played a key part in keeping everything on track. Genuinely can't speak highly enough — top guy to have in your corner, honest, open and decent throughout.
