A striking exterior transformation, giving this Carbrooke home a cleaner, sharper and more contemporary appearance. The original dark felt tile cladding to the front and upper elevations was removed and replaced with new low-maintenance Hardie® board cladding. The new finish retains the character and distinctive proportions of the property while creating a significantly more modern appearance. The existing entrance door was also replaced with a new uPVC front door, complementing the new cladding and providing an updated, more welcoming entrance. Together, these carefully considered improvements have transformed the front elevation and demonstrate how relatively simple exterior upgrades can make a substantial difference to the appearance of an existing home.
